HOW DO I ORDER?
- You may place your orders anytime online 24/7 on our website www.kreneboutique.com
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS:
- Merchandise may only be returned for a store credit and must be returned within 7 days of you receiving the package. (for local pickups) or delivery date (if mailed). Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, and in unused condition. They MUST have no visible wear/smell (this includes deodorant and makeup marks) or your return will not be processed.
- The following items are deemed FINAL SALE and are NON-RETURNABLE: Sale/Clearance items.
- If merchandise is received after the 7 days it will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
- K Rene reserves the right to refuse items that have been worn or damaged after shipping.
TO MAKE A RETURN:
- Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned item. We recommend shipping Priority Mail or purchasing shipping insurance as we will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damage caused by the shipping service you chose for the return.

- Once your package is received, please allow 5-7 business days for our Return Department to process your return.
- When your return is processed, a store credit will then be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder.
EXCHANGES:
- Unfortunately, we are unable to do exchanges as our inventory sells quickly and we cannot guarantee exchanges will be available in the size you want.
DAMAGES:
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of tracking number receipt of delivery or date of purchase. Please include a picture of the damage or defect in the email.
WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED?
- We accept all major credit cards, paypal, apple pay and google pay
- When placing an order, the correct billing address must be entered for the order to be approved. The billing address is the address registered on your account.

- Yes we offer shipping internationally
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
- Free shipping is available once you spend $150 or more
- We do offer flat rate shipping of $10 on items that ship out 3-4 days; $35 on items that ship out 1-2 express orders in the USA only.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
- We use USPS Priority shipping and is FREE if your order is over $150.00 Items ship out 3-4 days after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered in the USA only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather.
- For International shipping USPS and UPS will be used to ship items. Items ship out will be 3-5 days after the order is receive and delivery time can take up to 7-10 days.
Tracking Information
- Tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and will be sent via email (from USPS) once the shipping label is created.
Lost/Stolen Packages
- K Rene is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?
- Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel any order. When your order arrives, please follow exchange instructions for a store credit.
DO YOU RESTOCK PRODUCTS?
- We do our best to restock the best sellers. Please email us, if you need more information on a specific product.
Do you carry Plus Sizes?
- At this time we do not carry plus sizes only Misses sizes 2-12 and sometimes 14.
